5 Easy Tips on looking younger:
1. Wear your Sunblock!

The warmth of the sun does feel good on your face, but that doesn’t mean it’s not causing damage.  Not only will the sun cause wrinkles and sun spots, it also increases your chances of getting skin cancer.  Wear a foundation or a light lotion that has an SPF of at least 15.
 
2. Eat your veggies!

Maintaining a healthy diet will keep the pounds off and will improve the look of your skin.  Vegetables and fruits enriched with vitamins will also decrease the risk of harmful diseases.
 
3. Drink your Agua!

Drinking plenty of water throughout the day will keep you hydrated and will help your body flush any toxins in the body.   
 
4. Clear your mind.

We all have our fair share of stress!  Take five minutes every day to clear your mind.  The less stress you have, the more years you add to your life! 
 
5. Lather up!

In addition to Sunblock, make sure to cleanse your skin well every day with a moisturizing body wash.  After your shower you should lather up with a hydrating lotion.  This will give your skin that clear and shiny glow that will shout YOUTH!
